Based in Cardiff, South Wales, Elixia Therapy brings Holistic Treatments to you in the comfort of your own home. The company was founded by Nerys Baber BSc, FICHT in November 2005.

After sustaining an injury whilst undertaking a degree in Sports Science, Nerys explored alternative methods of pain relief and increased mobility, and it was this personal experience which set her on the path to her chosen profession allowing her to share with other people the healing benefits of Holistic Therapy .
